Handpicked, sorted, and cold-soaked from the most prized rows in the third block of their Estate, the lush fruit profile is driven from clone 337 and rootstalk 101-14. This wine offers dark, concentrated depth and character. They suggest opening the bottle an hour prior to consumption such that the aromatics and expression opens and evolves.  Having crafted merely 5 barrels, this wine is limited in production and sells out well before the next vintage is released. This wine is aged 28 months in New French Oak. This wine will drink well for 15+ years.  This big, bold wine tastes of blackberry pie dusted in clove and nutmeg, giving it a lush and plush feel. Thick and densely structured, it offers elongated tannins and a memorable, spicy finish. All wines have been carefully stored in a temperature control cellar at 55*.

We are committed to the complete satisfaction of our wine customers.  If you should ever have broken bottles or delivery problems, please contact us.  We will be able to handle any problems with UPS within a 30 day period following the expected delivery date.  We will always work to get your problem solved as quickly as possible.  We ship in styro-foam containers, for the most secure delivery possible.
Please understand that during the summer months, the shipping insurance does not cover heat damage incurred during shipping.  We only ship on a Monday and Tuesday to limit the length of time that the wine is on the truck.
